My bed in 2b2t is gonna be around 5 years old in a month :D. I put it in a natural cave, under obsidian. But I didn't technically PLACE the obsidian, it was a lava pool, and I managed to keep it for four and 3/4 years!

My only question is if you put the bed next to lava so it would be harder to see by players using x ray wouldn't it be better to place an orange bed; I know it used to be all minecraft beds were crafted red before beds could be dyed, but after they made dyes you could make it orange.

But now hackers will find these tips and will look

Okay so would it be a good strategy then to try to put effort into finding other people's spawn points and monitoring how long they last? If someone did exactly the same you've done, you could sleep in their bed and share a spawn point. Then when you pull their ender chest out, you can access your own items and return it. Like what if someone knew about this guy's bed and used it. Completely undetectable. You could also watch their bed for a while to make sure their spawn point isn't found by other people. Just put effort into finding other people's awesome hiding spots and share it.

Nah the item frame trick is meant to deal with xrayers thats why its under a lava lake. Lava shows in xray and covers anything beneath it

FitMC: Put it in a natural cave. Utilize naturally generated chests and furnaces. Also FitMC: I keep my Ender Chest in a player placed furnace on a mined out portion near my bed.

So, I think that he first set a new respawn point, then removed the bed (Meaning that by the end of the video, it had already been moved). No need to risk getting killed with the bed in your inventory and ending up at spawn.
